Here are the major details

The event consists of eight, four person teams (32 total players).  Each team will consist of a brass, nickel, 2-rated player and a 1 rated player (some temporary re-classification may be done in order to form the teams).  If we have extra players, alternates may be substituted into games so that all players making the trip will have the opportunity to play.

All players will be responsible for their own expenses for the weekend. This includes food, beverages, lodging, and transportation. Players are also responsible for arranging for their own accommodations and transportation.

The event will be held on Saturday June 27th at The Westwood at the Crossing in Belmont, MI (just north of Grand Rapids).

How do you sign up?

If you would like to be a part of the Windy City Darters team, you must give us your intent to participate by Friday, May 29th.  Call or e-mail the league office in order to register for the event, (773) 583-4365 / windy_city_darters@juno.com. At this point we will form the teams and send further information to all participating players.
