Annual Meeting of the Membership
and
Winter 2012 Season Captains’ Meeting
Wednesday, January 4, 2012
Check In 7:45 p.m. - Meeting Starts 8:15 p.m.
• Attention All Captains •
Election of 5 Directors will take place at this meeting
at the Fifth Province
All captains (Open, Mixed & Saturday League) are required to attend.
The meeting will last approximately 1½ hours.
Please be prepared to be present for this short time.
If you are not able to attend, designate a teammate to serve as your representative.
New captains may seek additional instruction and clarification regarding league
procedures after team folders and schedules are distributed.
If you wish a specific issue to be addressed,
please inform the Board before the start of the meeting.
Captains not present during the meeting will not receive their team information
until all others are distributed.
Team information (folders) will not be given out prior to the scheduled time.
Do not ask for an exception to this policy!
If you cannot stay for the meeting - designate a representative!
Mixed League will start January 5
Saturday League will start January 7
Monday/Tuesday Open League will start January 9/10
Cricket League will start January 11
